Repairs

Normal wear and tear repairs are free of charge within the first 30 days. After the first 30 days of normal wear and tear, a $20/hour repair fee will be assessed for the repair work. Shipping charges on all repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need a repair on jewelry that was not purchased from us, please contact us at (832) 330-8613 and we will try to assess whether we can make the repair for you or not. If we agree to perform the repair, we will contact you with an estimate once we receive the jewelry.
